Refund & Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered. Customers should contact support within the timeframe communicated on the website with photographs of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within up to 15 days.


Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Orders already shipped cannot normally be cancelled and may instead follow the return policy where applicable.
